Remember the Opening from Pokémon Gameboy?
Pokémon has notoriously been around for a number of generations. The first game had a couple of different versions, Red, Green and Blue for Gameboy platform, released in 1996. The latest was in 2022, with Scarlet and Violet versions for the Nintendo Switch. It also had a number of successful anime series, since 1997. It made Anime more popular around the world.
And let’s not forget the Pokémon Go! that took the world by storm when it came out, in an augmented reality mobile game.
The original “Opening” song is present in a number of titles and was composed by Junichi Masuda. There’s an orchestral version, playing in the animated series (called “Pokémon, I Choose You!” in the japanese CD release) which served as an inspiration for making this danceable version of the theme as well.
