PopTop was a new 3 day festival with pop culture, gaming, cosplay, virtual reality, seminars and more. It took place at Lisbon (at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes), end of December, 27-29, right before the new year.
With many spaces, each containing different forms of entertainment, the main stage had a closing slot dedicated to music. It featured the artists TSAS, LAXAL, KITZU and also anime opening music requests hosted by DAIVIDJONES and SARAIVA in an Animix party.
TSAS presented a show in a full performance with both music and video. VJing was controlled on stage by the artist as well, containing sequences from anime and games accompanying the music. People could recognize old and new titles, from Streets Of Rage and Tomb Raider, to more recent ones like Cyberpunk, Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, Naruto and more.
The remix/cover song from “Tomb Raider” was presented exclusively, for the first time there! According to TSAS, it will be released soon on streaming platforms and Youtube.
